What we offer

A blank page is no empty space. It is brimming with potential…It is a masterpiece in waiting….yours.
Comprising:
Bright Minds and Tall Tales offers an innovative and therapeutic way of working that enables children to find confidence and creativity through easy and enjoyable tales rooted in mindfulness and meditation.
The sessions are created to ignite children’s imaginations whilst helping them grow their self-confidence, concentration, and relaxation skills. Each story/meditation is carefully developed to include positive affirmations to help build resilience and offer children therapeutic tools that they can take away with them to use outside of the sessions.
Every session, the stories are designed to take children on a new meditative adventure. These experiences might take their imaginations off into unfamiliar situations where they can gain a more profound understanding of themselves. Along the way, they will develop coping mechanisms and acquire a deeper understanding of who they are, including their strengths and vulnerabilities. The stories, for instance, may touch on feelings of loneliness, shyness, sadness, or separation, but their primary focus is to instil coping mechanisms and virtues such as courage, self-assurance, sharing, friendship, patience, and love. This is a journey of self- discovery, and the sessions aim to help young people understand that even though life may present challenging circumstances and feelings, they have the ability to overcome them with an inner sense of confidence, calm and positivity.
